Mrs Sangeeta Sangwan, Ex President ARWWA

Being wedded to the Olive Green, Mrs Sangeeta Sangwan has been the ‘Force behind the Forces’. As the President of Assam Rifles Wives Welfare Association (ARWWA), she has looked after the welfare & education of families of Assam Rifles soldiers. Her role as President ARWWA encompassed empowerment of women and child development in the entire region of North East. Her noteworthy contribution includes facilitation of amicable resolution of numerous marital discord cases, restoration of pension entitlements of widows of Assam Rifles soldiers coupled with their rehabilitation and also pursuing the cases of treatment of issueless couples.

Mrs Sangeeta Sangwan is currently engaged in several Handicraft Developmental initiatives in remote areas of North East. She also symbolises the phrase "green fingers" and passionately proliferates Environmental Awareness. 

Her passionate involvement in the field of education and immense experience of over two decades has been a great source of inspiration to the new generation. She has also extended her valuable services towards Differently Abled Children as a Senior Management Member of ASHA School.

Maj Gen Vikram Dogra (Retd), Ati Vishisht Seva Medal

Major General  Vikram Dogra (Retd) , Ati Vishisht Seva Medal, is a veteran of Indian Army who is the recipient of the Sword of Honour and Gold medal from Indian Military Academy in 1981. He has travelled extensively across India & the world and gained immense experience through combat scenarios in Jammu & Kashmir as well as in United Nations mission in Angola (Africa) . The exemplary leadership skills displayed during his Command of ‘The Poona Horse’, an Armoured Brigade and an Infantry Division of a Strike Corps of Indian Army stands testimony to the same.

TEDx and Motivational Speaker who is an exceptional sportsperson, who had Done Ironman Austria & Ironman Germany to become the first serving Indian Army Officer and only General in the world to do the Ironman. Awarded Honorary Doctorate to recognise his contribution to humanity.  His firm belief in reminding the world that giving with the heart, to the needy, always respects & preserves human dignity and this supreme principle of  his is immensely valued by Kriti Trust.

Dr Yogesh Kumar Sarin,
President Indian Association of Pediatric Surgeons

Dr. Yogesh Kumar Sarin, is currently the President Indian Association of Pediatric Surgeons. He is certified in General Surgery, Pediatric Surgery and Health Care Administration (FMS, DU) and trained in Traumatology (Australia), Pediatric Laparoscopic Surgery (UK) and Pediatric Surgical Oncology (USA). Presntly, Director Professor and Head of Department of Pediatric Surgery at 105-year-old Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi.

 

He is the 48th President of Indian Association of Pediatric Surgeons.He had earlier served Secretary-cum treasurer of IAPS. He has been office bearer of its many sections/ chapters of IAPS and that of Indian Academy of Pediatrics.

 

In addition to being the longest-serving Head of Department of a clinical superspecialist Department for 23 years, since 1998 earlier in Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi, he has also held the prestigious responsibilities as  Medical Superintendent, Lok Nayak Hospital (associated with MAMC) in 2014-16 , Officiating Dean of Maulana Azad Medical College in 2015 and  was the Director, Central Procurement Agency of Department of Health & Family Welfare, GNCTD in 2016.

 

He has been very active in the Governmental agencies regulating Medical education and Research in India like DU, MCI, ICMR, CSIR. Member Secretary of Superspecialty Committee of Medical Council of India in 2013.

 

Credited to 300 publications in national and international scientific journals, many chapters in textbooks and has participated in/ supervised 43 research projects/ thesis, editor-in-chief of an e-journal ‘Journal of Neonatal Surgery’ (2012-19) and many more scientific journals.

 

He has been awarded by Government and non-governmental organizations; awards include Delhi State Award for Doctors (2012).

 

He has been associated with charitable voluntary work. He has organized many free operative camps in far-flung areas such as Port Blair and Ujjain.

 

Besides being an accomplished academician and astute administrator, he is a skilled pediatric surgeon.
