Ms Roshni Ajit Kumar  , Founder and Managing Trustee

Ms Roshni is the founder of the Non Profit Non-Government organisation - Kriti Trust. A commerce graduate qualified in Law is also a communication cum soft skill trainer. Travelled across the country & the world as an Aviation Trainer, she has done extensive research work in the field of women development and child welfare. Though the trust was registered on 16 Feb 2019 but the seeds of the organisation was sowed since 2017 with her initiatives for the upliftment of war widows & wives of Armed Forces Personnel including that of Assam Rifles.

She was instrumental in filing several RTIs and subsequently filing Writ Petitions in the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi & Hon’ble Supreme Court of India for amending the policy related to education for wives of Armed Forces Personnel. The same was implemented with her direct interactions with  Hon’ble Defence Minister of India Smt Nirmala Sitaraman , also the follow ups with the Vice Chancellors of various Universities of the country. Her area of social work extends till North Eastern states of our country i.e, Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura and Mizoram.

Through her social welfare initiatives she has always stood for the self-respect of women and voiced against violation of right to human dignity at all times.

Dr Kritikka Ajit Kumar  , Co Founder cum Joint Managing Trustee

Dr Kritikka Ajit Kumar, an alumini  of Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC) had started assisting her mother in the Non Profit Non Government work of Kriti Trust since April 2017. She has been working with other volunteer organisations with similar goals functioning in MAMC campus. Born in an Armed Forces family, she always held extreme passion to work in the field of  women and child development. She was actively involved in the North Eastern States of Nagaland, Tripura and Mizoram for the purpose of educational benefits for war widows, their  children and wives of Armed Forces Personnel including that of Assam Rifles.

Owing to her interest in social work, Dr Kritikka was selected by the Japanese Embassy in the year 2014 for an exchange programme to visit Japan. She also holds a great passion towards music, percussion instruments and is an excellent orator.
